The lack of the Cash on Delivery option could prompt people to leave the cart. Or, it’s possible that the store doesn’t support their usual mobile wallet option, such as Cash App or PayPal.

To fix this problem, make sure that all the common payment methods are supported by your store. Add these options:

  • Cash on delivery
  • Credit/debit card
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Mobile wallets like Venmo and Zelle
  • PayPal
